Welcome to West Bell County Water Supply Corporation! Here, you can print and fill out the Membership Application forms below and bring them into our office at your convenience. If you are unable to bring them to our office, you may email, fax, or mail in the forms, accompanied with a copy of your state or government issued ID.

Builders/Contractors
When a developer is requesting water service for a new construction, an application for a new tap must be filled out (see below) and returned to our office. We will also require a fee of $4500 to cover tap installation, membership, and capital recovery fees. This does not include any additional fees for road bores and line extensions. It is helpful to include a map or plat with your application. Installation timeframes vary, as they are on a first come/first serve basis. Customer Service Inspections
Prior to providing continuous water service for new constructions and as part of activation of standard and non-standard service, West Bell County WSC requires that our Customer Service Inspection Certificate (CSI) be completed and returned to our office. The test must be performed by a Customer Service Inspector currently licensed by TCEQ. We must receive the completed form before homeowners can have water service transferred into their name or before anyone can reside in the newly constructed house.
