About Us

West Bell County Water Supply Corporation is a member-owned, non-profit corporation. Corporation operating policies, rates, and regulations are adopted by the Board of Directors elected by the Members of the Corporation. 

Membership in the Corporation and service is provided to all Applicants who comply with the provisions of our water Tariff regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, disability, or marital status.

The service area covered by the Corporation's Certificate of Convenience and Necessity is bound on the North and East by the City of Killeen; on the South by the Lampasas River; and on the West by the military reservation and Maxdale Road.

At West Bell County Water Supply Corporation, our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents!
