West Bell County Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay Your Bill Online 

Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7.  We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover. THERE IS A SERVICE FEE OF $2.50 FOR PAYMENTS OF $100 OR LESS AND 3.5% FOR PAYMENTS OVER $100. Have your account number handy. Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to our PO Box. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept checks and money orders. If you come to make a payment when our office is closed, you can put your payment in the deposit box near the employee entrance. If you do not include your payment stub with your payment, please be sure to have account identifying information included such as service address or account number. 

Payment Through Your Bank

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your personal online banking account). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill, and send the merchant (us) a check via the mail. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information. You will need our mailing address and your account number to initiate this type of payment.
